水彩，可以當(dāng)作我的日記
　　WATERCOLOURS AS MY DIARY

　　每個(gè)人走的地方都很多，主要的記錄方式是用照片。照片我也拍了很多，但我發(fā)現(xiàn)，哪怕是畫幾筆速寫，畫一些顏色的小水彩，它的記憶就比照片要好很多。照片一拍就匆匆完事，但繪畫就能感受是什么樣的色調(diào)，什么樣的季節(jié)，什么樣的情緒。這幾筆實(shí)際上是很重要的，它比照片給人的印象要深，記錄的信息量要大。

　　這個(gè)習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成，也是現(xiàn)在畫水彩的原因。這些水彩，可以當(dāng)作我的日記。我是不睡懶覺(jué)的，起得很早。人家起床吃早飯時(shí)，我已經(jīng)畫了幾張了。

　　一年四季是重復(fù)的，但每一次重復(fù)卻因?yàn)槿四挲g的增長(zhǎng)而給人不同感覺(jué)。人越來(lái)越走向衰老，對(duì)生命的感受也不一樣。年輕的時(shí)候認(rèn)為生命無(wú)限，感受不是很深，但隨著年齡的增大，有一種緊迫感，對(duì)生命的感受就是要珍惜生命中的每一天，這種感受現(xiàn)在特別深，當(dāng)然就會(huì)把握每一個(gè)季節(jié)去畫畫。

　　每一個(gè)春天都應(yīng)該緊緊抓住，應(yīng)該畫很多畫。

　　When one goes to places, he usually takes photos as a record of experience. I also take lots of pictures, but I discover that some sketches or small watercolours serve this purpose better. I finish taking photos in a matter of minutes, but painting makes me feel a kind of tone, in what season, or in what mood. These strokes are more impressive and abundant in information.

　　This habit of painting was the reason why I paint watercolours now. They serve as my diary. I get up early every morning and finish a few of them when others are at the breakfast table.

　　The seasons are repetitive, but I feel differently as I grow old. When one becomes senior, one has a dif- ferent taste of life. Life for a young man is infinite and he does not feel as much. Older folks feel a sense of urgency, and they treasure every day. I feel this profoundly, so I will seize every season. Each spring day is to be used for painting.
